Is there a way to categorize an option into more than one question?

For example,

both have Meteor.js as a good answer.

This is in the works, but is actually a really complicated system to get right for a few reasons. Some past discussion:

Not only will we be building option sync across multiple questions but we’re building a system to scrap the play store etc so we can automatically generate things like the images/get it here links etc
