Is there a way to categorize an option into more than one question?
For example,
Express.js, Meteor, and Adonisjs are probably your best bets out of the 16 options considered. "Setting up is very easy" is the primary reason people pick Express.js over the competition. This page is powered by a knowledgeable community that helps...
and
Meteor, Express.js, and FeathersJS are probably your best bets out of the 9 options considered. "Mobile apps from the same code base" is the primary reason people pick Meteor over the competition. This page is powered by a knowledgeable community...
both have Meteor.js as a good answer.
This is in the works, but is actually a really complicated system to get right for a few reasons. Some past discussion:
Many questions may share the same answers and viewpoints. e.g. “What’s the best Q&A Site”, “What’s the best subscription free Q&A Site”, “What’s the best subjective Q&A Site” and “What’s your favourite programming resource?” all have some overlap (some more than others). Being able to re-use content created previously would help to “normalise” the content, saving duplication of answers and effort.
This would save a TON of effort across topics, as most pros/cons are redundant.
Helpfulness/“Up” ratings can remain independent for each list so pros/cons can stay relevant for differing questions.
This is an actual problem, because for example best free PC games and best linux games have a clear difference in number of pros/cons. Here are the two dota entries, at the time pretty different:
Not only will we be building option sync across multiple questions but we’re building a system to scrap the play store etc so we can automatically generate things like the images/get it here links etc
