Search does not show magnifying glass icon

Where you see a magnifying glass, I see a square.

I’m on chrome via utf-8 encoding.

It works on IE.

The character should be provided by the entypo font. Maybe there was a network hiccup and the font did not load?

I have no idea. Checked the entypo page and most of them load just fine. Others do not. http://i.imgur.com/F28YXgn.png

Newly released Chrome 32 came with the unfortunate side effect of breaking the Entypo font for Windows 8.1 machines. […] Entypo is working on a fix for the font, as something’s changed in Chrome that’s shifted the unicode positioning of the glyphs.

Issue still persists in Chrome 33
