Delete or update source?

A source has been quoted that in the meantime is no longer accurate. Can that source be edited or updated?

Step 1: Go to the edit page for the pro:

Step 2: Click on the source you want to remove

Step 3: Hit delete

Step 4: submit the edit.

That works, thanks! It hasn’t occurred to me to click on the source; I thought that would take me to the link.
